Doing an upgrade of just ORBit might not catch it. With the recent gettext and libiconv shuffle, I recommend removing libiconv and all gettext ports, then installing the new libiconv, gettext, and gettext-old. Afterwards, you'll have to give portupgrade a workout, but your future upgrading will go much smoother.
