I have an IDE Syquest 270MB drive and recognized cdrom. I am unable to install FreeBSD 2.0.5 on the system. I have tried several reconfigurations and nothing works. The software setup wants to see the drive as 2048/16/32 it should be 1024/16/32. The software wants the drive to format to 511MB in lieu of 256MB. I have changed the configuration in the setup process, but it does not work. Is there a work-around for this condition? This same system linux and unixware very well, and it is familiar with unix and unix clones. Is is possible that your system will not work on this setup? E. Lane
