>Description:

Several whois servers (such as whois.ripe.net) accept options with arguments.
whois assumes all commandline options are for itself.
The manpage does not describe how to send multi-word queries
(nor does it mention -- to stop argument processing)

For example 'whois.ripe.net' supports several options (see whois -r help)

>How-To-Repeat:

If I want to query the ripe server for '-i tech-c SZ74-RIPE' you have to
use the not very intutive form of
whois -r -- '-i tech-c SZ74-RIPE'

>Fix:

Either add an example for this to the manpage, or fix whois behaviour not to
sending a query per word (which seems counterintuitive). Linux does send all
options in one query.
