Has anyone on this list worked with the fancyhdr TeX macro package?
It seems like JadeTeX requires this internally and then uses it in a
way such that I can't add normal fancyhdr commands to the output TeX
(via processing instructions) to control the headers. Specifically, I
would like the section title to appear on even pages, and the chapter
title on odd pages. Any ideas?
