Interesting quotes, thanks. Not a big worry for me now though, my
installation works. I just have to figure out how to play it :-)
DejaNews might be good for that too.
Now I'm mainly curious about the FreeBSD side, which I hope will be
clarified in -questions because my full question about the FreeBSD
issues (which we don't see here) is now in their archives.

Yeah, I have used it to find out about monsters before, but never
thought it'd have info about nethack!
