I got very different displays of your message in different contexts.
That appears to be because of having both of the following two types of
parts --and the specific text in the "text/plain" part:

--=-qYugoi0WV8X4mxSZBSyM
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

. . .

--=-qYugoi0WV8X4mxSZBSyM
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

. . .

That was the order of the two parts as well.

The:

--=-qYugoi0WV8X4mxSZBSyM
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

part contains plain text with notations like:

settings like: sched_fast="postgres nginx"

and:

"Minsoo Choo" <minsoochoo0122@proton.me>

and so on still present in the plain text. It was one big paragraph with
no plain text end of line formatting or such to structure the text
presentation. Web browsing to:

<https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-hackers/2026-January/005497.html>;

displayed and wrapped that one huge paragraph based on the window
content area width.

This note is written from a context that instead picked to use the part:

--=-qYugoi0WV8X4mxSZBSyM
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

It was very normal/readable. But it would not be for a context that does
not translate HTML.

The two newsgroup reader interfaces that I've been experimenting with
for use of news.gmane.io for FreeBSD List use handled the message
differently, one using the plain text (NewsTap on an iPad) and other one
using the HTML (Thunderbird on macOS).
