What recent FreeBSD kernel contains OPTI_MAD16_PORT?

Yes, a sound card that is properly supported by FreeBSD. Vladimir Silyaev
took a stab at adding mad16. I have tried it here, and it works somewhat.
I still get missed interrupts on transmit. Contact me privately if you
want to trie, otherwise for about $15 you can get a full duplex card that
is supported by FreeBSD (I use an opti931 card).

Cheers,

Bernie
