Using the latest (non buggy Ryzens), compilation of certain ports leads to a
hang.  I have observed this on 11.1 as well as CURRENT as of r328611.
An easy way to trigger the deadlock / hang is the compile net/samba47.  Oth=

The hang will happen at random places in the compile.

Occasionally, by loading up the CPU with other tasks, it can sometimes
complete.
