Log:
Initialize LC_CTYPE early in Tk_Main(), so non-ASCII environments will
display the curses output correctly.
(I don't know on which machine in .freebsd.org i'm allowed to fetch
something to /usr/ports/distfiles/, thus i can't test-build.)
