You're right - I bought the O'Reilly "POSIX.4" book and got it backwards.
I'm embarrassed to say this used to be POSIX1B and I changed it to POSIX4.

Can we fix this now?  No one is compiling this but me at this point -
I can change it to be posix1b and then the cvs-meister can move the
files.
