Right, however in the past things like libreadline have been "culled" from the various places that have it into its own place. All of the programs listed, except cvs, were not under contrib. I was thinking of factoring out gnugetopt into a libgnugetopt under contrib, so we just have one copy of it, rather than 10 zillion.
