Ok, this one can be solved with mix_setparentchild() /
mix_setrealdev() for dummy parent/child relation. See how it is done
in sys/dev/sound/usb/uaudio_pcm.c, pci/hda/hdac.c (not for the
faint heart) or pcm/ac97.c .
