I will start hacking various libh makefiles to make them all recognize
standard port targets.

In particular, the only thing left I see to do is to hack release/ to
recognize the "install" target.

Shouldn't be too hard, and then I'll send another updater for the port
so that its makefiles gets cleaner again.
