The Configuration of my PC is as follows:
486SLC2 - 66 mhz ( with math coprocessor )
Conner 1.6 GB ide HD
5.25" floppy drive ( bios drive B: )
3.5" floppy drive ( bios drive A: )
IDE CD ( 24x )
16mb ram
Diamond Speedstar Pro video card
3com Etherlink III - 3C509TP
I am attempting to install FreeBSD 3.1-RELEASE from CD. After i boot =
with the disks made from the CD, I am presented with a choice of kernel =
configureation. I have tried only booting with the minimun devices =
needed, and selecting skip kernel configuration, both give the same =
results. When the kernel boots following this, everything works until =
the line
npx0 at 0xf0 - 0xff irq 13 on motherboard
Afterthis, i get a kernel panic. The exact text of the error message is =
as follows:
