Hi!

Does the scheduler actually know the differences between physical and
logical CPUs?
Is there are workaround the situation where two processes on a Dual CPU
box (total of 4 virtual CPUS) are runable and get processed on one
physical & one logical (and slower) CPU instead of utilizing both physical
CPUs?

Thanks, Hendrik
