   Kevin Oberman has been dealing with the ports stuff for this
so I've cc'd him.

   As regards obtaining v. 1.1 of my work (which isn't an actual `port',
it's just a source archive), you can get it from

http://www.escape.com/~simonw/mwavem-fbsd-1.1.tgz
or
http://home.pacbell.net/simonw2/src/mwavem-fbsd-1.1.tgz

   If anyone wants to host it elsewhere also that's fine
by me.
