Thanks Bernard,

Was only referring to <httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_md.html> and
www/apache24/Makefile.options which don't appear to specify or
differentiate the -devel version.  Looks like Apache's 2.4 module index
is out of date.
