Greetings..

I have a little problem with running xmms program. My sound card is =
running perfectly so that's not the problem.I installed xmms from ports =
and when i run it, it says that /dev/dsp device is busy.At this point i =
should say that i'm running Xwindows and KDE window manager.I think that =
/dev/dsp device is busy because KDE is using that device, but i'm not =
sure. But i'm a little confused because this device is busy even when i'm =
not running Xwindows. Can anyone help me?
Hmm.. a did "ln -v /dev/dsp /dev/null" and xmms worked but when i =
restarted Xwindows it stopped working.I would like to know what to do, =
that xmms will work without typing all that comands.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks in advance.
Martin
