I have 3.3 installed and cvsup'ed all the source for 4.0-current. After reading the UPDATE file I found I needed to comment out Kerberos (errors in compilation) but I also had to add in NO_OPENSSH=yes (crashed the compiler with Signal 11). Now it's crashing at yp_xdr.c with signal 10. I don't have the full output here though... System is Pentium 90 with 32MB of Ram. Can't remember the amount of swap, but it's probably around 64MB. /usr slice at 61% capacity. Can't subscribe from this email address right now. Please forward here or at egravel@earthlink.net Thanks, Emmanuel Gravel ------_=_NextPart_001_01BFD188.F57BF604 Content-Type: text/html <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=us-ascii"> <META NAME="Generator" CONTENT="MS Exchange Server version 5.5.2650.12"> <TITLE>3.3 RELEASE to 4.0 STABLE upgrade problems</TITLE> </HEAD> <BODY> <P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've been having problems in upgrading to 4.0-stable.
