Is this initial size relevant anyway, since we have growfs run on first boot?
The root UFS partition is the last one, so the size shouldn't matter, it all
depends on the actual disk the image is burnt onto if I understand well.

I'm in for reducing the size to 27GB nevertheless if it still serve the purpose
which was expected with the 'recent' 20GB->30GB increase in release/Makefile.vm
