I want to create a embedded freebsd gateway in the M-System DiskOnChip. Do you know where can I purchase a board with flash-memory chip built-in? Apart from the flash-memory, is there any of these boards consist more than one ethernet built-in ports? Since I also want to start development in iPAQ for a GPS project, therefore I want to know whether there is a RTOS based on FreeBSD for this purpose. I found rtems is an open source RTOS, it ported tcp/ip stack from FreeBSD. But I don't know how to build its bootable CD ISO after I downloaded its source to one of my FreeBSD development server.
