I am closing this because the specific packages used to demonstrate the issue
(python27, python37) have been removed from the ports tree. The bug is 5 years
old with zero responses from the pkg team. The `pkg search -Q required-by`
behavior may have been fixed or changed in newer pkg versions. If the issue
persists, a new bug with current examples should be filed.
