I have posted this question before and haven't been able to get it working.
I have a 380d thinkpad with 4.4-STABLE. I am tyring to get both slots of
this beast to accept a pccard. However, when I put a second card in I get:
pccard: card inserted, slot 1
pccardd[82]: Card "SunDisk"("SDP") [5/3 0.6] [(null)] matched
"SunDisk" ("/.*/") [(null)] [(null)]
pccardd[82]: Failed to allocate IRQ for SunDisk
pccardd[82]: pccardd started
Much the same thing if I stick a nic in slot 1 while slot 0 is occupied, or
instert into slot 0 while slot 1 is occpupied. Basically, only one card
will work at a time. From dmesg:
pcic0: <Cirrus Logic PD6729/6730 PC-Card Controller> port 0x3e0-0x3e3 at
device 19.0 on pci0
I have irq's 3, 7, 10 and 15 available in pccard.conf.
Also, when I remove my 3Com 3C574TX card, the system hangs.
Thanks!
