Synopsis: [panic] [zfs] 'kmem_map too small' caused by make clean

Responsible-Changed-From-To: kmacy->freebsd-fs
Responsible-Changed-By: gavin
Responsible-Changed-When: Sun May 29 22:10:27 UTC 2011
Responsible-Changed-Why:
kmacy has asked for all of his PRs to be reassigned back to the pool.

To submitter: It is believed that this was fixed some years back, and feedback
on this was requested. If you did provide feedback then it doesn't appear to
have made it into the PR trail - could you please resend it?
