Sheesh, I don't know!  The interactions between the refuse file, omitany
statements on the server, and CVS mode vs. checkout mode make too
many combinations for me to keep straight in my head.  Try it and
find out. :-)

Well, if it doesn't do what you want then you can always create a
shell script that deletes the file before running CVSup.
