These should all be doing things like:
.if !exists(${DISTDIR}/${DISTNAME}${EXTRACT_SUFX}) && !defined(PACKAGE_BUILDING)
IGNORE=blah
.endif
so that bento clients have the chance to fetch the distfile from
bento's private FTP server and the package build can be attempted.
