I was running TCP BBR on Hyper-V since January 20= 20 without seeing any problems. Around the mid of march 2021 there must be a commit that hit the tree, which leads to the panic. I had tried to bisect t= he problem, but compiling an older version of -CURRENT on a recent one leads to obscure clang error messages. I tried a fresh build from todays sources without loading any additional TCP stack at boot time and the panic is still present for both TCP BBR and TCP RACK.
