As I said, it does not appear to be a file handling problem, but it does appear to be somewhat common: filesize infinity datasize 524288 maxprocesses 1818 openfiles 3636 subsbsize infinity kern.maxfiles 4040 kern.maxfilesperproc 3636 kern.openfiles 48 I also found references to this problem on various forums, but there are = no solutions posted.=A0 See www.google.com and search for 'freebsd foxpro = "too many files open"' Anyone else ever tried to get this working?
