Turns out the dns/bind8 and dns/bind84 ports install sys/bitypes.h,
and if built with PORT_REPLACES_BASE_BIND8_INCLUDES, that header
file ends up as /usr/include/sys/bitypes.h.  I'm contacting the
bind ports maintainer.
