Somebody removed [. Look for /bin/[ and see that it does not exist!
Then, having discovered that it is *NOT* something that is a goof and
needs to be removed, perform the following surgery:
ln /bin/test /bin/[
And continue on with life as it was before the "cleanup" was done
that removed [.
