	You can contact Yahoo! Broadcast Services about this,
http://www.broadcast.com/. As far as I know they can set up this type of
thing for you. I hope you're not expecting to get it for free
though... streaming media b/w is very expensive, even in the US where it's
a lot cheaper than what you're paying.
