I recently came across a dual MP 2000 and installed a snapshot of 10/29, then did a few buildworlds to check out the speed. I then upgraded to -current as of day and various times of today and started getting this. Does anyone have any clues. It usually happens during periods of high cpu and disk activity, like make -j25 buildworld. Does anyone have any clue what is going on here? Let me know if I need to provide any more details(which I am sure I do). panic: vrele:negative ref cnt cpuid=0;lapic.id=01000000 Debugger("panic") stopped at Debugger+0x4e: xchgl %ebx,in_debugger.0 Timecounter "i8254" frequency 1193182 Hz CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) MP 2000+ (1659.27-MHz 686-class CPU) Origin = "AuthenticAMD" Id = 0x662 Stepping = 2 Features=0x383fbff<FPU,VME,DE,PSE,TSC,MSR,PAE,MCE,CX8,APIC,SEP,MTRR,PGE,MCA,CM OV,PAT,PSE36,MMX,FXSR,SSE> AMD Features=0xffffffffc0480000<MP,AMIE,DSP,3DNow!> real memory = 1073676288 (1048512K bytes) avail memory = 1036312576 (1012024K bytes) Programming 24 pins in IOAPIC #0 IOAPIC #0 intpin 2 -> irq 0 FreeBSD/SMP: Multiprocessor System Detected: 2 CPUs cpu0 (BSP): apic id: 1, version: 0x00040010, at 0xfee00000 cpu1 (AP): apic id: 0, version: 0x00040010, at 0xfee00000 io0 (APIC): apic id: 2, version: 0x00170011, at 0xfec00000 -- David W.
