Do yourself a big favor, and remove all that " qmailrocks stuff" This is not deemed to be an official site, but just some guys "interpretation." Install qmail according to www.lifewithqmail.org step by step and it will just work. You even can copy the scripts right from the site (as long as you are not in windows).
