Again, I don't believe that the "transition" question here is
adequately understood by the parties arguing it and we're likely not
even having the same argument.  As Gary has pointed out, old lkms will
continue to work and I'm still waiting for you to indicate just what
what in /lkm has not been adequately supplanted by /modules.
