Doesn't the patch committed by jhb in 1.44 +2 -1 src/sys/dev/kbd/atkbd.c 1.7 +2 -1 src/sys/dev/kbd/atkbdreg.h 1.25 +5 -0 src/share/man/man4/atkbd.4 fix it for you?
