Since seeing MySQL benchmarks with your libthr I have seen you as one of the main guys contributing to increasing performance for FreeBSD. Have ever considered doing a fund raise like Andre Oppermann or Colin Percival have done in the past to continue your good work? I saw a post that you are also working on a scheduler now, I could just imagine a write up on your goals for libthr and this new scheduler with the promise of increased performance would be a pretty tempting / appealing for other FreeBSD users to get some decent funding. From the posts of these other fund raisers they were able to get over 10k in less then a week. I can say that I don't think I am really in a position to really give out these suggestions but I really do think your projects are at the very least as worthy then just about any other. Cheers, Mike
