Ok, it looks like that one has been updated, as yours are dated August and
mine are dated March (I'm probably behind as I use quite a few binary
packages):

-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  25584 15 Mar 18:23 /usr/local/lib/libportaudio.a
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel     22 15 Mar 18:23
/usr/local/lib/libportaudio.so -> libportaudio.so.0.0.18
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel     15 15 Mar 18:23
/usr/local/lib/libportaudio.so.0 -> libportaudio.so
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  27612 15 Mar 18:23
/usr/local/lib/libportaudio.so.0.0.18

The other is fine, as you said:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  322436 15 Mar 23:40 /usr/local/lib/libopenal.a
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      18 15 Mar 23:40
/usr/local/lib/libopenal.so -> libopenal.so.0.0.8
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      18 15 Mar 23:40
/usr/local/lib/libopenal.so.0 -> libopenal.so.0.0.8
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  242789 15 Mar 23:40 /usr/local/lib/libopenal.so.0.0.8

The others just look strange to me, but are probably valid after all (if
partly redundant):

-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel      792 18 Mar 02:10 /usr/X11R6/lib/libqt-mt.prl
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel       17 18 Mar 02:10
/usr/X11R6/lib/libqt-mt.so -> libqt-mt.so.3.3.5
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel       17 18 Mar 02:10
/usr/X11R6/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 -> libqt-mt.so.3.3.5
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel       17 18 Mar 02:10
/usr/X11R6/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.3 -> libqt-mt.so.3.3.5
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  8125192 18 Mar 02:10 /usr/X11R6/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.3.5

-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel     680 18 Mar 02:11 /usr/X11R6/lib/libqui.prl
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      15 18 Mar 02:11
/usr/X11R6/lib/libqui.so -> libqui.so.1.0.0
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      15 18 Mar 02:11
/usr/X11R6/lib/libqui.so.1 -> libqui.so.1.0.0
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      15 18 Mar 02:11
/usr/X11R6/lib/libqui.so.1.0 -> libqui.so.1.0.0
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  236365 18 Mar 02:11 /usr/X11R6/lib/libqui.so.1.0.0

cheers,
