For details about using FreeBSD with various boot manglers see http://www.freebsd.org/FAQ/admin.html. A word of warning about the section on using the NT loader though. *Don't* just copy boot0 as described if you install FreeBSD on a different disk to NT; it'll trash your partition table (as I found out to my cost this week).
