            Bug ID: 214004
Summary: Hyper-V no buffer space are available
           Product: Base System
           Version: 10.1-RELEASE
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: kern
          Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: d_petrov@rus-telecom.ru
                CC: freebsd-amd64@FreeBSD.org
                CC: freebsd-amd64@FreeBSD.org

We have Hyper-V on Windows server 2012 R2, where was deployed several hosts
with FreeBSD. That is used as the gateway, VPN server, web server, and other.
We don't use the legacy network adapter.
On all machines with a certain periodicity network interfaces are stopping
with error "no buffer space are available".
Helps only ifconfig down/up.
