That's because the distfile (ls.tar.gz) is generated on-the-fly by
wu-ftpd.  Depending on the timestamps of the directories (for
instance), the generated tarball will be slightly different.

IMO, it was a mistake to create an md5 file for this port.  If nobody
objects or suggests a work-around, I'm going to nuke this file and
maybe put a comment in the Makefile.
