This an answer from Kenjiro Cho:
Starting from FreeBSD-4, drivers are supposed to set ifq_maxlen.
The messages are just warnings but if you want to suppress the
warning, add
ifp->if_snd.ifq_maxlen = IFQ_MAXLEN;
in srattach() in sys/i386/isa/if_sr.c just before calling if_attach().
