I guess nobody has run with DIAGNOSTIC on since KSE went in..
The alpha_fpstate_check(p) in trap looks bogus.
Change it from:
#ifdef DIAGNOSTIC
alpha_fpstate_check(p);
#endif
to
#ifdef DIAGNOSTIC
alpha_fpstate_check(td);
#endif
And let us know if that works.
