I agree that, generally speaking, it's not too difficult to see the
intended meaning. My aim was to eliminate any possible amiguity -- the
usage of the passive voice was pure happenstance. =3D)

Frankly speaking, I wasn't aware that the issue to which I was referring ma=
y not even be valid. Next time I'll investigate, heh.
