Found the problem origin: Amavis Apr 10 13:34:02 serv01 amavis[26962]: (26962-01) (!!)TROUBLE in process_request: Can't create directory /var/spool/amavisd/tmp/amavis-20070410T133402-26962: Too many links at /usr/sbin/amavisd line 4215, <GEN3> line 2.
