sed -e 's/,/-/' -e 's/./\t/ .......
Perl, I wrote my own for loops.
#!/usr/bin/perl
for ($i=0;$i<=255;$i++)
{
print "host15-$i 86400 IN A 10.50.15.$i\n";
}
Modify for the reverse.
