sftp/ftp would be the best idea. A telnet/ssh shell would probbably not be
too bad of an idea for development of the site. Then again, it all depends
on how much you trust your friend with access to the system and whatever
else is running on the system. IMHO, ftp should be enough. -- Jonathan
