Ciao Fabrizio, you can set or unset the quota on the maildir using the vpopmail command vsetuserquota and view the current settings with vuserinfo. I didn't work a lot with ezmlm so I am not sure if there is a limit. If you want a limit, you can surely set it for with qmail-smtp.
