Hmmm.  I never saw any commits to the docs in our tree - did I miss
something?  I saw Olliver's stuff, but that was all in HTML..
I also did not see the SGML doc creation package make it into the tree.

I sort of think that it missed its chance!  If the SGML proponents had
been quicker off the mark we probably wouldn't even be having this
discussion.
