if you have installed the ports tree (i'll assume you have; you have
pine installed), then everything you need is already there.

start by installing apache, from ports/www/apache13-ssl/. this will
give you apache and the ssl support you want. you will need to create
a certificate. the decision to generate one from your machine for free
and trek through 5 or 6 warning boxes every time you load up your
mail interface, or go pay to have one generated for you.

after that, everything else you need can be installed via the IMP port,
part of a larger project to provide web-based applications of all sorts
and sizes. you can find IMP in ports/mail/imp3/.
