I have a patch not only for cdefs.h (http://www.leidinger.net/FreeBSD/current-patches/), the src diffs are IMHO commit worthy (if a src committer commits them: please bump __FreeBSD_version), the build infrastructure parts need an overhault (e.g. I want to get rid of "USE_ICC", I just need to get time). 2. XFree86-4 has those things on it's own, so we need to patch it there too.
